Booking & Availability

Once an enquiry has been submitted, availability is confirmed and full booking details are provided. Services are presented in an intermediary capacity between the guest and the property or its representative. Full terms relating to the booking are provided prior to confirmation.

Pricing & Payments

A clear breakdown of pricing is provided, including the villa, required deposit and any agreed services prior to confirmation. A payment schedule is outlined in advance. Payments must be completed in line with this schedule to secure and maintain the booking.

Security Deposit

Most villas require a refundable security deposit to cover accidental damage or additional services if required. Following check-out, the property is reviewed and, provided there are no issues, the deposit is returned in line with the property’s process.

Additional Services

Alongside the villa stay, a range of services can be arranged, including transport, staffing, activities and experiences. Each property includes a defined level of service, with additional arrangements available on request and subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms vary depending on the property and are provided prior to confirmation.

Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in is typically from 16:00 and check-out by 10:00. Requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to availability and approval by the property.

Guests & Visitors

Each villa has a maximum occupancy which must be respected. If additional visitors, gatherings or external services are planned, this should be discussed in advance to ensure alignment with property guidelines and suitability.
