At the heart of the estate lies the “Play House”, a central gathering space where indoor and outdoor living converge. Inside, a generous lounge, main kitchen and dining area are complemented by a dedicated home cinema with a four-metre screen, surround sound system and an extensive pre-installed film library accessible from the suites. The master suite occupies an entirely independent 120 sqm volume, while additional suites are arranged within a more traditional structure and the later-added Gate House bedrooms. Throughout, meticulous detailing and high-quality materials establish a consistent, elevated finish.
The principal outdoor terrace unfolds around a 15-metre heated lap pool, with a built-in Jacuzzi set just beyond. A grand pergola shelters the main lounge and dining area with barbecue, while further furnished terraces extend outside the suites. A private half basketball court adds a playful note.
